Joel Naburgs

Just wondering why this kid isn't get much NBL interest. Seems to be going great in SEABL and not signed by any team yet.

Good question, obviously comes down to attitude and coachability etc which I have no idea about, but looks the goods on YouTube and stats wise. 20 per game game at seabl level has him out scoring teys, massingale, hill, kenny, daly, Herbert etc who have all had an nbl shot.

Quality Aussie shooting guards are hard to find, reminds me of a young PC or James harvey. Could definately be worth a punt for the crocs last spot.

Great call. He IMO deserves a good look. He is also a very good defender.

Townsville, New Zealand, Sydney and Wollongong all have back-up guard spots open, hopefully he's been getting around for workouts.

I'd prefer Naburgs over Daly at the Sixers.

Just a thought, if Joel is interested in being a pro he may want to edit some of the less than professional vine videos online. I know what i would be thinking if I was a coach or club ceo, "does this guy fit our club culture"? Just a thought!

If it was a NRL club he would be put in charge of their social media.

Basketball wise - he should get a chance on a NBL roster as a 9th or 10th man.

1 - His performance thus far in SEABL is quiet impressive. I believe he deserves a chance.

2- His popularity and success on social media is quiet remarkable, he could bring in a huge fan base to a club. I would have him in charge of the social media for the club.

He has a complete game offensively. However, can he defend?

Surely his social media promotions would be helpful. Seeing he has over 20,000 personal fans.

Naburgs is definately a 1 point player, when he came back from college he was a 3 point player. However, after the NBL season had finished he got his points re-evaluated and is now a 1 point player.
