Lets hope another club gets on board this type of plan, given Ennis' success.

Woo!
Definitely a great result that NBL clubs can put in front of both clubs and players.

Showed imaturity and poor character, but talent wise was always up to atleast the chance to show his worth in the NBA. Great result for the NBL and may open door for more experiment players coming this way.

Since when has immaturity and/or poor character been an obstacle in the NBA?
He will have little or no impact in Miami next season. I predict he'll cut before the season starts or released before trade deadline.
He only came here for a holiday and got lucky cause the NBL is so bad and it made him look good.

I'm guessing your a better basketball player than him anon??? How's your NBA career going? I wish Ennis all the best as he continues to succeed in the world of basketball!

Anon you are a bloody idiot if you seriously think the NBL is that bad. Ennis will definitely be on the roster at the start of the season and will play minutes this season.

Excellent signing. Now we don't have to put up with his behaviour here where the club didn't leep him in check. Now it's miamis job which I am sure they will..... best place for him..
probably good lbj is gone cause he would n't put up with the Ennis attitood...

I think this is very good news on a few fronts.
Yes, raises the profile of the NBL.
Yes, gives NBL clubs something to promote to NBA hopefuls.
Yes, gives Miami Heat that explosive player they now need with their losses post season. (He can fill a role in this franchise IMO)
Not saying he is a replacement for LBJ, but I think he can fit their roster, I just hope he gets enough of a chance, look what Patty Mills did with his opportunities...

The funny thing was, despite whatever people made of the All-NBL incident and whatever else, it's impossible to pretend Ennis wasn't a team player on the court. And there was never even a hint of personality clashes within the team.
It doesn't really suggest "immaturity" or "poor character".

Ennis is the man. He showes passion on and off the court.
