18's Nationals Begin - Perth

Here's the BA story on the opening day.

Results:
SAC Men -

Vic Country 70 (Chris Dunlop 22, Kevin Probert 14 and Marc Goodwin 11) defeated SA Country 50 (Jordan Duncan 16, Shannon Seebohm 10 and Thomas Huxford 8). *Dodman

SAM Men -

Vic Metro 65 (Todd Goldstein 16, Ben Louis 14 and Jadranko Jusufagic 8) defeated SA Metro 64 (Phillip Brown 17, Christopher Moliitor 16 and Trent Fides 10).

SAC Women -

SA Country 76 (Emma Langford 19, Alex Duncan 17, and Kimberley Olsen 10) defeated NZ 59 (Jessica McCormack 16, Miranda Caldwell 14, and Molly McCallum 11).

SAM Women -

SA Metro 84 (Cayla Francis 21, Nikita-Lee Martin 17, and Leah Mencel 14) defeated QLD North 67 (Denielle Lipscombe 22, Lisa Braunberger 15, and Jade Kennedy 11).

Wht do you think about the rule allowing only 1 division 1 team? Do you think it is holding up the development of some teams?
