boys:
nsw metro and country again?
I'm predicting vic metro to take out the men's championship.
NSW Country are good and will probably make top 4 but can't see them winning it again, even with largely the same coaching staff. Their team last year were a pretty talented group. NSW Metro should be there or there abouts. Same for VIC Metro. Don't know much about the QLD teams in this age group.

Think ACT Women could finish higher than their girls have in the past, they are pretty big, if they get their best on the floor, could be OK.
They are big, but that's about it, and they will not have an advantage in height over better teams.
Top 6?
ACT women ? where did they come in the u/14 clubs in 2012 ? or have they all grown a further 80cm since then ?
Not exactly the same group so not completely relevant. Better than WA, QLD, TAS, etc and probably NZ. Could be close to SA teams and NSW so top 6 a possibility.
If they played u14 last year they are bottom age this year.

Sorry, didn't mean to suggest that ACT could win, but top 6 seems realistic? That would be much better than recent years, where they have finished in the cheap seats.
Word on NSW C M is that they have lost plenty due to injury. The surviving 10 will be tough, but may not be big enough to win it.

Girls - Vic-M, NSW-M, Vic-C and SA-M rounding out the top 4
" If they played u14 last year they are bottom age this year"
absolutely correct - which may well be why I asked about the 2012 u/14s ACT girls - you do realise that if they played u/14 in 2012 then they are top age this year ( assuming you know this year is 2014?
Young group for ACT girls this year, will be a big improvement on recent performances but next year is their real chance to make some noise.
Vic Metro to stand out again in the boys. Qld South and Tassie to disappoint after a few strong results. NSW Country will be close to the mark, and like the ACT girls will have a number of younger players in major roles. Not sold on this Vic Country age group. WA Metro should be strong, and out of a pool that looks super competitive, I could see them sneaking into the medal rounds.
^ I hope so. In my opinion this should be a priority for BA.
Every game is on video, be awesome if they could stream them
