Will Cavs Give Up No 1 Pick?
Orlando has offered Affalo, no 4 and no 12 picks for the Cavs no 1 pick.
Would you pull the trigger if you were Cleveland?

Where does Afflalo fit in with Waiters? And word of them offering Irving a max deal?
If they're a chance for LeBron, they don't want Parker. They could take on Afflalo, suffer Irving and use the fourth pick on Embiid. They're not going to be very good with their current frontcourt, if they even have one. Team option on Varejao and Hawes is out of contract.
I think that waiters would be traded should they pick up Affalo
Utah offered Favours, no 5 pick and no 23 pick for the no 1 pick and Jack. Apparently cavs said only consider if Alec Burks is included instead of no 23 pick.
Philly offered Young and no 3 pick but also may consider pick 10 or some second rounders.

Delly doesn't find out until early/mid-July I believe.
Utah offering Favors, Burks, picks 5 and 23 for no 1 and jack.
Surely wiggins/Parker aren't worth all that? Not sure who'd start out of favours or Thompson but surely would mean waiters can be traded?
Cavs could have
PG Irving/Delladova
SG Burks/Miles
SF Free Agent/Gee/Bennett
PF Favors/Thompson
C Embiid/Varejao/Zeller
Trade waiters for back up point and see if you can get a small forward in free agency (Illysova, Stephenson, Gay, Ariza etc). Lebron would fit that SF role pretty well.
That's a young group that should be playoff bound after a couple years together.
Oklahoma have offered pick 29 or 21 for shumpert .
its a hard one to decide, if they do it and wiggins or parker turn out to be lebron or wade like etc the cavs will get bagged again.
but at the same time its 1 guarenteed quality player. id probably take one of those deals unless they really want parker or wiggins. Who knows whats happening after pick 2 so they could still potentially get exum, embiid, vonleh, randle etc and then pull a paul george at 10 - 12 an be set for many years.
maybe they will pick someone like bennett again....
Exaclty Bennett was a number one pick and hasn't delivered yet.
If they're a busy then cavs will get bagged for not pulling the trigger. It's a no win but do you take your chances getting a top player, a half decent player later in the draft and two established young players. Couldn't they trade the number 23 pick to knicks for shumpert?
What if the deal was no 5 pick, burks, Favors and shumpert?
They should trade down get the proven player Afflalo or Favors plus the pick to get Embiid

How comfortable would you be with any plan involving Irving there? I think that's a big risk given his lack of interest on D.
Interesting point considering cavs called last minute work out for exum. Surely not picking exum and trading Irving???

I think the Cavs will trade the num 1 pick to Orlando for Afflalo & use pick 4 to select Exum or Emmid. That's why they have requested a last min workout with Exum to see who is the better prospect.
Not sure who they will look at pick 12.
If the cavs play there card right they could walk away with 3 very good players to add to their roster.
As a magic fan, I'm not sure if Wiggins or Parker is worth Afflalo, pick 4 & pick 12. Only time will tell.
Why not take exum at one and trade irvng who will probably opt out end of next year anyway. At least your get a great piece back on a trade.
