Two of the top five stories on BA's site relate to the challenge - one details the broadcast information (ABC2) and the other talks about Jervis being added to the squad. There's another story about the training camp squad in the news section. The ABC2 story has a list of the training camp participants.

I've seen all of that stuff, thanks anyway Isaac, was just wondering if anyone knew or had seen what has been happening in the first couple of days of training camp. Whether or not guys like motum, Drmic were able to make the trip.

It will be interesting to see how Motum is progressing, he has similar size and similar skill set to a player like Chandler Parsons, if he continued to develop.

Steve, do u have any news on anything to do with the camp?

It was an open training so I took my son along. Loved watching how professionally it was run. Simple offensive structures.

Who stood out Steve? Anyone catch your eye or did you notice if anyone wasn't present?

It was there first run together so they were still finding out about each other. Angus Brandt was bigger that I thought. Played well against the likes of Nevill and Jawai inside. Steindl shoots great but always has.

Is Jawai there?

Are you sure Nathan Jawai is there at camp? And also, do you know if he may be included in the team or is just there to regain fitness and be a train on type?

He was the biggest darkest man there. Hard to miss. Don't know if he's in the squad or not. Didn't look as fit as the others.

Haha true Steve, I reckon he is there to get a bit of fitness back after his injury and getting use to the systems etc, but who knows. Are you going to the games this week?

Got tickets for Saturday. Should be good. I think the game is in pretty good shape in this country with the amount of young talent coming through.

It is in good shape, but the guys at BA just need to tell us more instead of everything being about Dante Exum. That's all fine and good but I want other news. I'm going to both games and I'm hoping it will be better than last year.

How was Hugh Greenwood and Anthony Drmic?

Greenwood was good but a little undersized. Drmic didn't stand out at first but got better and was bigger. Both pretty quick.

I Am hoping that Drmic has a really good tournament as I think he has a bright future. Were there any players there that weren't quite up to it?

They were all up to the standard I think. Have to remember how young they are as well. Great experience for them.

Do we know when the final team will be announced? Maybe try a few combinations of all of them for the local games then set in a travel team from that?

There were Tom Jervis, Luke Nevill and Angus Brandt who are 7 feet tall, plus Brock Motum and Luc Longley as a mentor, there are some big boys under one roof

My rotation would be

Hugh Greenwood/Rhys Martin
Cam Gliddon/Ben Madgen
Clint Steindl/Jack McVeigh
Brock Motum/Mark Worthington/Lucas Walker
Luke Nevill/Tom Jervis/Angus Brandt

Not a terrible team for this particular series and should easily account for China.. but I don't see many from this team getting close to World cup other then brock Motum and Cam Gliddon/Steindl might surprise and be taken as a 3 point specialist.

Of course Lemanis is going to say everyone has a shot.. but once you throw in the 8 or 9 locks we have plus perhaps a healthy jawai.. there isn't that many positions.

Consider that Mills, Delly, Ingles, Newley, Anderson, Baynes are probably locks.. and a healthy Jawai would make it.. plus you will assume exum. Then the possibility of maybe Bogut and Bairstow.. the team is all but set already.
