Patty brings so much to the team. I have heard many talk him up around the league - he is actually one of Jeff Van Gundy's favourite players. Not just because he is a prolific scorer but because he brings an energy and spark to the team. People often under rate the energy and spark factor but it is so crucial and valuable.

Yes, interesting read. Especially Spurs' reasons for viewing him differently this season and Mills' own reasons for his improved performance. He came across well.

You can't buy genuine enthusiasm and someone that brings it out in others is priceless. You see Patty and some of the team are hanging out regularly.
A group of mates on a team should play better than team mates or so the theory goes.
