18M1
Bankstown beat Comets by 4
Norths beat Penrith by 15

16M1
Bankstown beat Comets by 30
Good result for Bankstown considering Comets are currently 2nd.
I believe Comets were missing some players though

18M1 Norths now clearly the team to beat.
Then Penrith, Hills and Bankstown in a pack.
It's hard to see any of the others breaking into that top 4.

Norths 16M1 looking strong after a 0-2 start to the season.
The comparison to Tark the Shark is looking very apparent for Shant the Shark. It will be very interesting to see where this team ends up at the end of the regular season.

Who on earth is coaching Hills 18M1?

With the players he has they should be undefeated.

@anon, i remember reading on here that he was an Oompa Loompa who escaped from Willy Wonkas Chocolate factory. Whether this is true or not, is yet to be proven.

Hills U18 men lost 2 starters. 1 to Penrith and the other to Newcastle (country). Has made competition a whole lot more even.

...You do realise that Bankstown do have their best player out for the season in Shareef? I would bet that he is the best player in metropolitan and maybe even the state (close with Dent). So comets missing two players would not compare with Bankstown missing their main player.

Is a shame because he will not be in the NSW Metropolitan State team and they could really need him from what I have been told.

Losing Jay Green (to Penrith) and Arran Bannatyne (to Newcastle) are both big losses but team still has more than enough talent to be winning the league, if not a close second to Norths.

Just intrigued, what makes you say Shareef is their best player?

To Anonymous #473492,

Simply due to the fact that I used to coach him when he was at hills and have watched this age group for quite some time. Jealous parent I suspect
