When can does the recruitment period start for the next season?
And when do rosters have to be finalised?

Teams, agents and players would already be active. The official free agency thing is not really respected a great deal.

Perth will go after Cedic Jackson if Marto goes to the Kings.Marto is more then likely re-signing so it is unlikely. Wagstaff is 50-50 at this point.

I think Damo will stay, Wagstaff might go but won't retiring, hope Beal will stay, U'u was here to replace the injured Muo so he will move on. Not sure about Jervis I think alot of teams will chase him.

I would not expect U'u to be there barring something surprising relating to Muo (who is on a three-year contract).

Obviously Ennis is not going to be here, one way or the other.

I'd have to think that the biggest on-going story of the off-season will be what Perth comes up with for its Marquee & Ennis replacement.

Personally I see the old guard sticking around. The camaraderie seems incredible in the group.
