If a CABL coach crossed the line and had an affair with one of his players would he be breaking any BSA code of conduct/ regulations or only be guilty of poor judgement?
Round 3 and someone's already not happy with their minutes!
Not sure there is an issue providing they are both adults

If the player is over the age of consent, but still under 18 the coach would be in a bit of trouble. As the coach is deemed to be in a position of power it could be construed as statutory rape.
Is the relationship M-F, F-M, M-M or F-F?
Uhh Jack and Ryan, it clearly says in the original post "one of his players". Obviously not F-F then.

Makes it difficult to respect decisions about court time etc when it leads to preferential treatment for that player. All coaches have favourites but this situation makes it even more difficult.
So is this the coach or the player asking here!!??
