New GM/CEO for sixers - Thoughts?

Who would be a good replacement as C.E.O/General Manager?

Is there someone at Local club level with the right business back ground that could do as better job?

Would love to hear everyone's thoughts.

Basketball knowledge IS ESSENTIAL in this position.

Peter Ali would be the ideal choice, seeing that he has run the League!

Also, someone who can do sums would be good too!

Seriously, if the rumours about the Financial situation of BASA are close to being true, why would anyone in their right mind take one the role, that could be very short term, especially if they were successful in their current field.

What is Peter Ali doing now?

I started this topic as I believe some stuff is happening with Basa and you will find that the Fellas, 36ers and BASA maybe seperate identities in the very near future.

Actually, you may find that Basa will still run Fellas and that the 36ers will be looked after by a new group.

Peter Ali is now in charge of Greyhound SA, and last report I saw in relation to that had turned a very faltering sport into one that ha come along leaps and bounds.

As purely a hypothetical question I assuming this to be, I would suggest Ali could be a replacement.

I would agree someone who has been involved with the sport, who has a deep passion for the sport, and has business experience would be ideal. Any past players with that sort of qualification?
