Aussie Prospects 17 years and younger?
Do we have to many overrated players and some underrated players? Thoughts.

The best of that age group would have to be:
Humphries
Clark
Froling
Mcdowell White

For some underrated players - look up the top players from the NSW Metro, NSW Country and VIC Metro teams from last years U16 AJC. Having watched their games in Adelaide, those teams in particular played some outstanding basketball. Besides Humphries, none were given a look in by Watkins or an invite to Aus Development Camp in January which I think was wrong. Some very talented boys across those three teams who look set to miss out altogether.

while some of the names listed above will turn into stars I still think at this age group it's a little difficult to tell who's overrated or not. Some players Bairstow, Goulding and Baynes for example weren't really on the radar until they hit their 20s.

If we are talking stats then you must be talking about nationals? Vic met boys don't average high stats because they play together were the 4 you have stated have no one and that's why Vic met have been very successful.
Also on international level froling didn't play many minutes. Why? Because he isn't ready for it yet. Isaac is definitely the starting centre for worlds and along side him William white who is just talented for the game and Dejan Vasiljevic who destroyed New Zealand with averaging 20 points and shooting over 50%.
Anthony Chop out of Western Australia. He is a 6 foot 3 shooting guard/ wing who can do most things that guards can do.
He is up next, I've seen some of his games and its funny to see a 15 year old 6'3" kid who can do a lot of things
He's up next
"He is a 6 foot 3 shooting guard/ wing who can do most things that guards can do."
THat's so reassuring that he can do what he is required to do. However you said MOST not all. THat's a fail.
