Academy

Have it on good authority that the Academy has been given the green light from all sides, so who should make the team of 16? (with at least 1 player from each club, 18-23)

Marcus Ng. This kid can play, and could do with the development, ready for when he joins an NBL club.

I hope the Academy is a rip roaring success, the idea is a brilliant one.

They've been talking about this for 10 years.
I think Scott Ninnis would be awesome for the job, but don't get his hopes up if there's not a single penny in the budget to fund it. The guy deserves more than that.

I think the program would be deserving of government/corporate support. Look at the interest it's generated on here...

I know for a fact that if a player is chosen in the 16 player list than they need to find their own sponsor of $3000 otherwise they will not be picked.
