Over the last two months there has been a significant involvement of all key stakeholders in Basketball to establish a united vision for the future direction of the sport.
A meeting was held on Saturday morning at the Distinctive Homes Dome involving Club Presidents, the Executive Board, 36ers Committee of Management, Adelaide Fellas Committee of Management and members of the management team.
Independent external facilitators were used in this process and it is the first time that such a detailed review has occurred involving all stakeholders.
There were some very important decisions made which require further assessment and all parties have committed to ensure that a unified approach is achieved to tackle all issues.
