Is Mangok Mathiang boomer material?

Seen some short videos of Mangok, looks athletic, but cant seem to find out much about him.

anyone know his deal? is he the kind of guy who would want to play for Australia? does he have NBA potential? ... or is he gonna be slept on by Basketball Australia like countless other Sudanese-Australians?

He has stated in a article this year he would like to represent Australia.. BA even reported on him in their weekly Aussies Abroad wrap so a little positive.
