Blitz: Wollongong v Perth
Rotnei Clarke and James Ennis having a shootout in the first quarter, great to watch!

No Summers or Martin for Wollongong. Bench looks very thin with basically Gruber and Harris-Tunks.
No Knight for the Cats.

Wonder if this will be an ongoing battle of the imports this year. Both looking great - Beal a step down from either but also looking okay. There was a blown alley-oop that could have popped eyeballs out across the country if it had gone in in that 2Q.
Isaac, Eric Cooks' son is filling in for the Hawks too.

i really think the hawks need a player like deleon to create something at the end of the shot clock. if nothing they played worked they need a creater to finish
Gordie said they couldn't afford to re-sign Deleon but yeah they needed him to return badly. He bailed them out so much last season.

fletch, remember they're missing the key player who drives their offence in Martin. Without him, they drop back to Demos or an import who is still pretty new to the team. All up, didn't look great today.
Too many turnovers and not enough on the boards (which will be an ongoing problem, I think).
Haven't been unimpressed with Teys at the 36ers, but also like Burdon. 13 points and three assists today in only 16 minutes. Reliable shooter.
Wildcats looking good for a team who some thought would miss the top 4. Can't wait for Martin and Knight to get fully healthy

Shame Drake U'u had to miss out, hopefully nothing serious behind the hamstring soreness.
