Not too sure on Lanards coaching credentials but i'm pretty sure he'll fit in very well with JB and Maines partying credentials.
They might not win too many games but they'll have a lot of fun afterwards this season.

JB and Jermaine certainly enjoy themselves away from the courts, but I'm sure the Broncos are hoping Lanard can help bring them a better finish than they've had in the last few seasons.

Lanard will only last 1 year after he works out how much the committee and Milner interfere and control what he does.
all he will do is get them closer to the door at Spearmint Rhino. Worst choice ever made.
The committee (Milner himself) might as well just appoint himself to coach all the Big V teams. He is the best coach in the world in his eyes. You watch, he will sack Warren Taylor now just so he can weazel his way into another championship calibre team.

Copeland will be anything but amazing compared to Ken (Hume Citys previous coach) that man could not even coach a 97 Bulls team to a youth league 2 grand final win.....

The problem with Hume is all the decent young players they have leave because the management and coaching is so bad.

I believe Warren Taylor is coaching the Champ women again in 2014, Milner senior coaches the Youth League girls.
Hume do seem like a club who want a mens championship every year, but don't helping themselves by signing dodgy imports and changing coaches every season. Lanard was a super player, but he is largely unproven as a coach, so it will be interesting to see how they go.

They are no chance at a championship with the same two imports who have under performed year after year.
Who else is returning to hume? Obviously they need to recruit heavily if they intend to do well with those two imports...

They need some good young players that can build for the future.
You need 6 decent players to win a Championship at BigV SC level not 2.
Hume rely almost solely on their 2 imports, both of which are going to be another year older and a few years past their prime now.
Add a coach who enjoys the party life as much as the imports and zero juniors coming through and it could be another long year for them.
hume recently advertised DoC and ops mgr positions any word on who will it be
Where are these positions including the head coach advertised?? On their notice board?
