Div 3 men tonite

In a regular Div 3 men game woodville vs Forrestville.

There was this veteran center who nailed 48 points with some good defence (reserves center). He would have shot 75 plus % from the field. Rebounded, played d and passed well.

I assume hes an ex abl player, who is he and whats he doing playing div 3.

Jarrod Younie got the biggest dunk I've seen in a long time against North. Took it at the rim on a semi-fast break.

6'6" guy from North challenged hard for the block, Younie brought it from the hip, tomahawked it on his head, ended up lying in the emergency exit doors at Port Adelaide court 1.

Laaaaaaaarrrrrrgge.

Forrestville must be recruiting for the finals (if they make it!) Anyone know the rules regarding qualifying? I don't remember playing a guy that fits the above description. I thought you had to play a few games in the first round?

Norwood pumped Uni SA by 25pts or so .. would have been much more but the boys slowed Dowm. Norwood point guard hit 7 3's in the first 3 quarters!!

My prediction .. GF West v Norwood..

Norwood by 10 pts !

forestville's div 3 men have suffered many injuries from the team that lost to west last year in the G/F. Greg had retired from ABL with the suns 5 years ago and was interested in getting back into district ball. I wasn't going to say no to him playing div 3 with us. Would any of you??

Is he able to play finals? We were looking at another 6'6" guy who played abl in Sydney, but he didn't play first round, so he doesn't qualify for finals.

Was he in the 1990 championship team for Forestville or what? And what year did he win the Wollocott medal?

Undersized pf, how did you guys do against West on Monday? I just got back from Sydney, and I don't know the scores yet. Cheers.
