WNBL season dates?

When will the 2013/14 WNBL season start & commence ?

Plus finals.

don't think there is anything out yet - but last year as a guide -

started the first weekend in October and finals were mid / late February - ? GF early March

WNBL being very quiet about their restructure.
They have lost 90% of their operational expense was covered by NBL. E.g. Chuck Harmison was paid by NBL but tasked to run WNBL. This is only one area.

The clubs don't have a copy of the fixture yet, so don't know when one will be made public - but this is from a couple of days ago on an article on the Spirit:

The WNBL season is set to tip-off on the first weekend in October, although the Spirit hasn't seen a draft fixture for weeks.

Like the NBL, the fixture will be set when the TV commitments are locked in.

Looks like the WNBL are back on the ABC again this year and will be live on Saturday afternoons in a 2 hour slot again.

I have heard a rumour that the schedule is out now and Lightning have their first home game on the first weekend in October....does anyone else know anything???
