Why isnt Patty playing?
With De Colo n Joeseph both playing and both ahead of him on the roatation, surely this would have been a great chance for him to get some burn n try get some more mins come the NBA season.
Probably because he's coming into his 5th NBA season. Also, isn't he injured?

Pop wouldn't risk injury to Patty in summer league. Would love to see Patty put on a clinic in summer league but they just don't put the good players in.

Joseph they want to focus on scoring this Summer League. Much the same as they did with Special K last Summer League.

His form in London against quality opposition proved he can play .. he's not overrated

Anon do you even watch basketball? Patty has dominated two Olympics now - one unforgettable match with the USA in which he dominated CP3. He made the ESPN All-London Second Five for the most recent Olympics and the highest scoring average with 21.2 points per game. He has the record for the most points by an Australian player in the NBA. He had a stellar NBL stint. His college career was huge with WCC player of player of the year and months among many other awards.
Just because he spent some time on the bench towel waving this year on the second best team in the league does not mean he is not a good player.
