No idea who's looking at who, but do have a couple of observations based on what I could find on the web:
I'd love to see McCauley play, in any uniform, but in the WNBL she won't get the space to play that I saw in her 'tape', so would probably be less effective & take a fair while to adjust to the physicality in the WNBL.
Oliver would seem able to handle the physicality, and so probably be better suited to the WNBL style, but doesn't appear to have great range; though that isn't something I'd be too worried about in a centre. Might mean we'd see more of her inside rather than standing around on the three-point line.
Couldn't find much vision of the other two, but Davis seems strong enough and Wilson's history suggests she would be tough.
The one thing I am totally sure of is that neither McCauley nor Oliver, nor anyone else, I suspect, will get the ball delivery in the WNBL that was evident in the clips.
That - poor passing skill - is characteristic of basketball in Australian [not just women's ball], and in the recent past has been particularly [& painfully] evident in the Lightning setting.
