So Wayne Carroll gets rid of Simon Mitchell. These 2 never got along and it was well known Simon did his best to undermined Wayne whenever he had the chance.
Who is in line for the role? Whoever it is will be walking into a big sh!t storm.

why a shitsorm??,,,recent vote of no confidence in the board..array of junior rep coaches who are disillusioned..an ageing mens program with little money in the wind to support it..womens coach who will probably depart at seasons end for wnbl job at Bulleen..a new stadium that is currently running like an old tractor, numerous junior drain due to lack of opportunity at their own club,a schhols program that has been reduced in size for some reason,a junior rep program that hasnt changed in 15 years and is out of touch with todays multi media savvy players.Apart from that every seems fine

Sounds like all the talk about Knox may actually be true. Cant imagine theyll get much sympathy from others theyve always looked down on. What goes around comes around!

Ray Jay, just explain the boys club to us will you? How is Wayne Carroll being employed as the CEO of KNOX part of the BA or BV boys club and exactly what is that club anyway?

Ive been involved at a rival club for years and can remember a time when the best players and coaches wanted to be at Knox. Was the place to be. Now from what you see and hear its the place to stay away from. Constantly losing good staff, players and coaches. Not good for them or the sport.
Cotter won't go back to Knox...
He's got a secure job with NSWIS, which allows him to further his coaching interests with Aus Jnr Teams and also in Waratah ABA (possibly looking to get the Flames gig in the near future)
