Wildcats Fans: show up and support your team

The cats have just opened up level 4 of the Perth Arena making the new capacity over 13000 seats for the 2nf GF after only having single seats available. Not to bad considering the Freo Dockers are playing the Bombers at subi same time on a Friday night footy time slot. Well do Cats fans.

Only other time they have opened it up was for the wiggles concert.

Will be interesting to see how they go selling these extra seats.
Had we won yesterday I reckon they would have been snapped up pretty quickly. Now I think they'll need to actively get the word out.

How many tickets been sold to date?

Given what's now avfailable I'm guessing close to 12,400 sold so far.
The extra nosebleed section they're opening up for sale apparently adds another 1,200 to that.

I also see that 2 of the 3 Friday night SBL matches have been re-scheduled to avoid clashing with the Wildcats. Pretty impressive that they've done that.
(Bad luck if you're involved with the Tigers or Slammers though - you're stuck with Friday night)

And more that won't.
There were heaps of Breakers fans in attendance for the game a few weeks ago. Made for an excellent atmosphere.
I'm sure they'll be back again, along with whichever relatives & acquaintances have immigrated in the mean time.

The Cats need to do a job on the Breakers, as that concept would be foreign to many Kiwi supporters.

I'm hoping the breakers get the job done in Perth and there are lots of loud NZ supporters there.

Lots of Breakers fans out of the woodwork in the past few weeks. Or is it all work they are out of?

Rescheduling the Friday SBL game seems rather unfair to the Hawks opposition who were probably looking forward to key contributors being absent.

Pretty sure that both participating teams had to agree for the re-schedule to occur so I guess the Senators didn't have a problem with it.
