From what I can see, Sturt won at least 4 of the Div 2's and runner up in at least 3.

Pretty fair set of results I would have thought for any club in any competition.

I guess though it would be far more pertinent for some knob jockey to talk about a JUNIOR having a poor shooting night.... what a genius

If memory serves me correct, the reigning state champion club isn't sturt and state champs isn't played in march.

Forestville girls will be back and win 8/8 like they did last year.

I think when you've also won most of the Div 1s, it's fair game to celebrate the Div 2 successes as well.

You probably need to take into calculation the success from 2 years ago rather than last season. Players as top age and bottom age are vastly different in a majority of cases in their relative success. Hence 2 years ago might be a better indicator of this years State Champs results. Further more, the current U12's were not involved in that State Championship and the U18's from that season are not involved now. So whilst Forestville have done a fine job last year in the State Champs and have continued to recruit well, that does not necessarily mean that they will perform as well. (last years result could perhaps be looked as an Outlier rather than a consistant result)
