Not sure how they came to the conclusion of counting the basket without the advantage of video? Ref did waive it off originally too. Maybe the easy option and for the sake of their safety?

Dunno AK 47 - i watched it on youtube and it was a bit too blurry to tell. It was very close though so i dunno how they could make that call on the floor without the video.
