Consumer affairs have released a public warning about dealing with them at all. Parts failing and repairs delayed beyond reasonable timeframes. Rumoured to be going under?

One of many companies set up to cash in on the government assisted solar scheme. Competition is at maximum. They have probably made their money and now they might be warming up for the "run"! Leaving a lot of customers in no mans land.
On Adelaide Now web
(FEARS are rising that Adelaide United's $250,000 sponsor Unleash Solar is set to collapse, endangering 50 jobs and another 100)
(It is not the first time the company has been in financial difficulties since its 2010 founding.
The Adelaide 36ers dumped the company as its sponsor in February and there are unconfirmed reports that Woodville West Torrens has dumped the company in recent weeks as its sponsorship deal fell into arrears.)

Funny how when 36ers dumped them as a sponsor, the other clubs piped up and said they were really happy with Unleash and that they were "model sposors".
It gave the public impression (a few non bballers have spoken to me about it) that the 36ers were somehow at fault... but now the truth has come out.

I was under the impression that United got their $$ up front for this season hence why they were happy at the moment.

You know you're gunna have a bad day when Today Tonight turn up on your doorstep
United have been paid nothing, 6ers outstanding is huge.
Looks like the 6ers made the right move dumping them, now united will have quite a bit of egg on face.

6ers would be smart to get in front of the camera for this and make themselves look good
Except they have no CEO. Coach isn't appropriate for this type of thing and Owner isn't a public person.
We'll get another comment from a "Spokeswoman from the Club" at best.

Didnt Marcus Camby claim that the reason
that Unleash Solar stopped paying was ...
-"why would they want keep paying for a crowd that boos
their team"
6ers already made their statements in Feb, United and West Torrens went soft

All the more reason to take advantage of the new interest as the only people willing to stand and fight, or stand at a minimum. Would be good publicity which the 6ers have lacked for last 3 seasons

Yep- The 36ers could make a statement such as "We lacked Power this season".
Was it a 3 year plan?
Woodville-West Torrens Football Club have notified members that Woodville Oval will no longer be called Unleash Solar Oval and that Unleash Solar have been dumped as the sponsor due to unpaid sponsorship money.

They have removed the Sixers and WWT logos from their website.
The pin has been pulled on Unleash Solar and their debts are reported at being $5M. By the time the administrators take their cut, the creditors might be lucky with 3 cents in the dollar. The Sixers would be an unsecured creditor (due to the non-payment of the sponsorship agreement) and would be lucky to get much at all.
I suspect whatever cash is in the bank will be sucked up in ATO payments and warranty claims.
