St Marys Vs Gonzaga today at 2pm

This would have to be St Mary's biggest game of the year.
A win today over number 5 Gonzaga would put them in the drivers seat for making the NCAA tournament. Now that Creighton is no longer a rank opponent, I think this is a must win at home.

Come on Delly lead the boys to a famous victory at home.
If they do win, I bet the crowd will storm the court.

Suck's I'm at work & can't watch the game on ESPN :(

Gaels struggling to score early on, but finally starting to settle down now, helped by a few friendly home calls. Zags defintely looking the better team, but Delly is playing pretty well despite a heap of pressure and helping keep the Gaels alive.
Zags up 19-13 atm.

Sounds like the Zags are pumped like they were a few weeks ago, but the Gaels came back and nearly won that one..... Gaels need to hit their shots!

Really dumb foul by Young costs the Gaels 2, but they're up 33-32 at the half. Typical Gaels home game momentum-grabbing run to end that half.
From their point of view, an unfortunate time for the break to come.

wow Delly is impressive! what a night to light it up commentators have said there are 10 NBA scouts here tonight mostly for Kelly Olynyk. They would have to impressed with how Delly is playing though

Credit the Zags on a well played game. SMC are going to struggle on any night when Young + Waldow combine for 6 rebounds, and the smaller-role guards (Page, Walker, Giusti) combine for 7 points on 3 of 16 shooting.

i watched the second half and dont know if it was just me but st marys seemed to just settle for the outside shot a little too much. great assists from delly but maybe needed to take the game on in the second half and get the score board ticking over when no one would

It has to be said the Gaels frontcourt is nowhere near as classy as the Harris and Olynyk who will get drafted.

Young had a awful patch there where he sucked the momentum out of his team.

Better team won at the end of the day.
