any Post graduate study costs eligibility. So two years of a Diploma counts as two years of post graduate study.

This diploma is not a post-grad diploma, but a VET diploma (a la TAFE)

Its rumoured that this will be rebirthed under the control of BA and take over from the NITCP which has been in a slow decline for a few years. Even though Vic Metro does dominate at States the rest have been catching up. With the reduction from two to one morning sessions the Vic NITCP program is suffering. The quality of coaches is questionable at times and they certainly dont have a strong leader in the BV DoC.

Tafe will cost you eligibility when it comes to college with the NCAA.
Tafe here is the equivalent to Junior College in the states.
So a Tafe qualification will cost you.
