Patty and the Spurs.....

Spurs were down big VS the Pacers! Was hoping it stayed that way so Patty could get some minutes. Its a double edged sword, I want to see Patty play which means spurs need to be up or down big (9 times out of 10). But I also like seeing the spurs do well.... Will he ever get minutes other than garbage minutes on a consistent basis? Should he leave the club and go elsewhere to try and play?

This is supposed to be his year. Needs to be consistent & hit his first few shots or gets dragged!

He need to look to get traded to a team that isn't strong at the PG spot. As much as people say he will learn from Tony Parker his career will only be so long. He has shown that he has the potential to be a good player if given the minutes!

The only other thing we can do is pray that Tony Parker 'UNFORTIANTLY' gets injured leaving Patty to step into his PG role hahaha

He needs to stay in the Spurs system as long as he can. If he keeps doing the right thing he will get his time to shine. IF you shine on the Spurs, you get offered money from other clubs.

At 12 MPG and 6 PPG he's in a good spot. Must lift his FG% and improve his ASS/TO ratio (1.6/1).

He will be crucial at Playoff time to give Parker a spell and keep things ticking along.

SMA: Most of his points come in garbage time. (bar the Sac Kings game) I wouldn't look into that stat too closely. It seems the more minutes he plays the worse his production gets. He is great though as a 5-10 minute gunner, if hes hot he plays more, if not you sit him.

Turnovers is his biggest issue. Needs to get more sticky fingers.

No he will never be a NBA starter or play decent minutes. He could be a star in the NBL or good player in Europe but that means he will miss out on the $$$$.

Win a championship at the spurs than move on and try and get a starters role. Needs to work on not turning the ball over as much.

He might get some minutes today as the Spurs are playing the winless Washington.
Actually thay should rest Parker for this game and give Patty a good 25mins +

Patty got like 20 mins and did pretty good.A couple of assists, 8 points and most importantly no turnovers.
