Will West play the 3/4 game in U21 women? They forfeited their semi tonight. I've heard of a few other teams forfeiting consolation games, citing "insufficient players due to injury". If they aren't legit injuries (and I suspect many are not, though not necessarily the West women) then that's very poor form.

I was at Wayville, most of today, we kept getting faxes and a few Semi Finals were set as 20 - 0 meaning forfeit, must be terrible to have to do

West definately had three injured players (Urukalo, Holland and Riggs). As far as I was aware they forfeited the semi to give their players extra time to be fit for the 3/4 final as they didn't expect to beat Sturt anyway. If the rules are enforced though the forfeit should cost them their participation point anyway.

U-18 Boys Southern Def West 56 48 (or a similar score)

U-18 Girls North def Eastern 51 48 in OT. (was definatly OT, i think that was final score.)

the 18 resereves boys game was a great game. i had the pleasure of reffing it. thye final score was forestville 42 to sturt 38. forestville jumped out the blocks quickly taking the lead 10 to 1 just 2 mins in. but then for the rest of the game sturt clawed there way back and made it a very interesting last 5 minutes. great game by both teams well done guys.
