As a general rule if you are Australian and starting for your WNBA team that is 2 wins away from winning the championship you should make your national team for the Olympics!!

Funny that there is an article on News.com about how she "gave up" her shot at Olympic Gold for a WNBA title shot.

Perhaps gave the Opals hopes for a shot at bone headed, pride fueled, long shot glory!

great work fever - considering KT Douglas was sidelined with injury, the game was at the target centre and minny are star studded - it was a huge win.
i expect Minny to bounce back in game 2.

Goodluck in game 2 Erin, you are Australia's best women's guard and deserve your starting position in one of the top womens teams in the world.
Erin is starting to look a bit like Penny Taylor, I was watching highlights of a Fever game a month or more ago and didn't reconise her. I actually think short hair suits her better.

Most likely there have been those who played in both the WNBA and Opals at Olympics.
Seems there was a story (Adlnow) that she chose WNBA
but this story is wrong . While BA asked her not to play WNBA , they gave her the wrong contract .. that of a junior player not a WNBA player.
