Is Lakers assistant Phil Handy the ex Razor?

Saw an article on a Phil Handy who is an assistant coach for the Lakers. Is this the same Phil Handy who played for West Sydney in the NBL 10 years ago?

I wonder how Lanard Copeland feels about Handy these days? They came to blow a few times when they played together at the Tigers, and I remember one game when Phil went to West Sydney I thought they were going at it the whole game.
