Steindl and Gliddon.. future boomers?

Ok, yes I know it has only been one game. But fact remains, these guys can shoot the shit out of it! That is exactly what the boomers have been missing for the past decade, consistant outside shooters. For rookiesm, they look pretty composed.. are they future boomers? I know gliddon may need to put on size, but apart from that everything I have seen indicates if there not boomers, they will be stars of the NBL in the near future at least

Have a good feeling we won't see to much of Steindl when he hits his prime.
Can't wait to see him play bigger minutes

Steindl is already on the boomers depth chart. Didn't we all cry out for a shooter in the team at recent Olympics? He looks like a classic international shooting 2/3.

I think you'll find Broekoff will slot into the 2/3 role you're looking to fill with the Boomers. Slightly younger than Gliddon and Steindl, and offers more in terms of rebounding and defence.

Good call Vart with you on that with regards to Broekhoff. Drmic is also coming through and could alws fill that same 2/3 swingman type role. Steindl could yet be an option though at some stage.

Gee whiz, i thought Ben & Matt would have missed their window here to be spoken about being future Boomers. I guess their Dad still has a lot of pull with Basketball Australia!

steindl deserves to be at least part of training squad towards 2014 world championships dont rate gliddon yet
