Basketball Specific Conditioning and Movement

Fast Twitch Performance Training Centre is Australia's leading Athletic Conditioning Centre. We have worked with some of the world's best sporting organisations including the Dallas Mavericks, Dallas Cowboys, UNLV and UCLA.

These School Holidays we will be doing our best to impart our knowledge onto the Basketball Community with a range of clinics/seminars tackling basketball conditioning and movement/injury rehabilitation issues.

We will be running one of these at MARS Sporting Complex on Thursday the 4th of October from 9am-12pm!!! Clinic will suit coaches and players of ALL ages and contain a practical component and theoretical component!! Participants will receive a stack of takeaway information, workouts and giveaways!!! If you want to see how much you can get from Fast Twitch Performance Training Centre, it would be a good chance to see what its like, I know of a few BBallers that have been there and improved... !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

On Lower Portrush Road in Melbourne, we currently do not have a facility in Melbourne but Melbourne is part of our future expansion plans!
