Who should coach 2013 SA metro state teams? Mainly looking at under 18 girls, heard last season he was a mess, all girls were in tears and parents were not to happy as well. is it time for a change?

Maybe all the magnificent posters on Hoops who have such a wonderful idea on how things should really be done should apply?
Or maybe its just easier to sit back and criticise?

TB, your point would be well made if the administration of the sport was in good hands. As it is criticism of both coaches and BSA itself is warranted. An overly long period of time has transpired in which we have gone backwards with the same hands on the rudder and mutiny is long overdue.

Perhaps, but the administration and selection panel can only select coaches from those who nominate. So maybe its time for some other people to get up from in front of the computer, and put in a nomination themselves.
Eventually the current coaches will move on. Who will be there to take their places?

What about 16 boys. Came 9th and this is the 3rd time out 4 tries that the coach has finished outside the top 8.

Matho would be a good option for the U-18 Girls. Very sound basketball knowledge & builds bridges with his players as compared to burning them down. SA Metro gain would be SA Country loss!
