Aron Baynes signs with Union Olimpija in Slovenia

After a great season with Ikaros Kalitheas, Aron Baynes is making the move to Slovenia to play for Union Olimpija - a team that played in Euroleague and lost the Slovenian Telemach League 1-3 to Krka last season.

Bayne's signing follows that of a host of other Aussies signing European deals in the last week.

Will get to play against Worthington and Markovic in the Adriatic League and he's in the same group as BC Khimki, Matt Neilsen's current team in the Euroleague...

Hopefully he does well in the Euroleague and can get a contract with a better team, as Olimpija is one of the biggest jokes in Euroleague.
