Good news for him, but he should not be on the boomers team. What I have seen of him, It looks like he has not improved at all since leaving Australia. His shot is terrible, his body movements look even more robotic! Really turned into a disappointing player, but well done on the new deal.

He may not have improved, but his game is fine. He'll hit open shot and play great defence for the Boomers, and that is all his role on the team calls for.
Not everyone can be a superstar. There will always be spots for players who subscribe to the team ethos, and perform the role that their coaches ask of them.

It's a shame that a guy like Barlow or Shawn Marion can get to a really high pro level with an under-10s shot, but they're still good players.
Imagine if they could shoot like men?
