Brandon Roy has come out of retirement and signed a two year contract with the Minnesota Timberwolves worth 10 million dollars.

i don't understand how he can retire a year ago because of his knees, then sign now... either his knees are done for his career or not... will blazers get anything out of this screw around by him?
