NBL site under a story that Mike Kelly is being pushed to retire states that the Gong are reportedly looking for Charles Thomas to return.
Interesting.
And that Gong have signed Ben Castle.

I heard Cortez Groves originally, but it would be good to have Charles Thomas back in the league (despite all of those people who bag him!).
The Hawks have lost Mee and Rigby. Castle will be replacing Kelly. I think Caporn is still in the squad, but Charles Thomas is probably the point guard they need.

Yeah, shows Groves as option too, along with Thomas.
Charles not a favourite of mine but he had moments of brilliance, just not enough of them.
Still, would like to see him play again, but not with us.
Liking Cairns and the way they are shaping up, will be quietly gunning for them during the season.

I thought Thomas and Brendan Joyce refused to shake hands after every game since they went separate ways.

Confirmed - Castle and Tony Rampton signed with Hawks.
No Groves or Thomas yet.
