Sorry for asking these question.
What is considered to be the sturt and forestville of New South Wales?
If you were going to start playing for a club which one would you go to?

Lots of good Sydney Basketball clubs, each with their own atmosphere;
Hills Hornets- Good Facility, traditionally good coaches and strong teams but full of Hillsong Christians unfortunately.
Parramatta Wildcats- Run down facility, but good coaches and strong teams. The "Blue collar" workers of the Waratah league.
Manly Sea Eagles- The rich kids, great facility, older players turned into youth coaches and semi strong teams.
Sutherland Sharks- The family club, good facility and players stay from U12s to senior representative teams. Once a shark always a shark.
Bankstown Bruins- Another family club with great facilities and coaching. Traditionally strong juniors and competitive seniors. Lots of history with strong financial backing from local supporters.
Penrith Panthers- Very up and down, constant changes and some troubled history.
Sydney City Comets- Poor Facility but strong ties with the Sydney Kings keep the seniors teams competative usually, weaker juniors program but financially stable.
Campbelltown Ghosts- same as Penrith, buyer beware.
Norths Bears- Good Facility, good coaches and juniors. Also strong ties to the Sydney Kings make the seniors teams competative. No long-term loyal players of late though.
Newcastle Hunters- Great club with great supporters base, deserves stronger teams. Mostly local coaches.

It is interesting looking at the way 'howdy' described the NSW clubs.

How would you describe SA's district clubs? and maybe other clubs too, like the Unis, Church, W Magic, etc.

I am sure Jack could come up with some colourful images............

My top three would be
1. Norths - solid over all programme in both junior boys and girls
2. Comets - strong junior girl programme
3. Hills - strong junior boys programme

As for seniors Bankstown have dominated the women for the last 10 years.

Easily the Camden Valley Wildfire!
State of the Art facilities complete ice baths and gym underneath our stadium. Interested? Come to div 4 grandfinal! Consists mainly of internationally renowned coaches who are paid quite comfortably.

We are currently fundraising for a time machine, to go back into time in order to learn more about basketball
