Still can't believe the Steindl brain fade...he walked along the baseline with SMC up by 1 and 31 seconds to go on the inbounds pass thinking it was an inbound after a scor when in fact it was not...

12 points & 8 assists are nice numbers, and maybe shocker is too harsh, but by his own very high standards he had a bad game today. Not just poor shooting, but some dodgy decision making as well.
The Gaels didn't play their usual game today and much of that starts at the point. They'll learn from that.
Still a nice season, and they were never going to go far so no biggie, but disappointing to get knocked out in game 1.

I reckon the return of Holt from injury threw them out of whack a bit as well myself.

Delly hardly had a shocker.

Page had the shocker and nearly redeemed himself with the big three to steal the lead, only to miss another go at winning the game when the Gael's should have been trying to get to the rim.

Yeah an undercooked Holt back into that lineup probably was a risk. It didn't pay off.

For them to win the double after Holt went down was a bloody impressive achievement. Something I didn't think they could do.

sad way for the Gael's to end it. Delly shouldn't have taken the three at the end. But good work to Purdue for upseting
