If you live in Adelaide, I just add 3 and a half hours to the stated tip off time, then change it to AM. EG: if the scheduled tip off is 7pm US Eastern time, add 3.5 hours, so 10:30pm, then change it to AM.

So after that ridiculously confusing paragraph, if it's a 7pm start in the US, it starts at about 10:30am here. Hope that helps.
