After a 2-15 start, the Washington Wizards fired coach Flip Saunders on Tuesday, replacing him with assistant coach Randy Wittman through the end of the season.

So they fired Saunders only to bring in someone who is potentially worse with Wittman, Saunders had to go but cmon, don't bring in Wittman

He had to go, he was not reaching the players at all anymore. Too soft on them for too long, from what they said in the article they want someone a bit tougher. Someone needs to sit Blatches arse down and start getting through to McGee

i dont get it, are they saying that the Head Assistant had nothing to do with the team losing before OR are they saying this guy can change things so dramatically in a season where there is no time for practice?
