What local junior talent should the 6ers develop?

Just wondering peoples thoughts on what local juniors from U/18 through U/23's the 6ers should be looking at to develop for a shot within the next 2-3 years. Heard some names thrown around like Spear, Daly, Jacobs or McDaniel. And what age should we be looking to inject them to the team?

Issac could check the IPs, but knowing the kid no way he would do something like that. Can't miss talent and absolutely great bloke.

Not going to bother checking the IPs - saw the first two posts come through and they're different people. Never seen the guy play, but remember reading that he was instrumental in the finals so it's not an outlandish suggestion.

Thats great that we have a player of Majok's ability to use but we cant pin our hopes on just one teenager. Surely there are others aboutnor do we risk losing them ala Ingles etc if we don't identify them early?

There are a bunch at college. Plus the current roster isn't exactly that old.

Some of the College kids- Maynard, McMath, Spehr, Hooley, Elliot, Prest, Carlin. Good bunch but given the token South Australian in the team, they will all need to go interstate to get looked at.

Did Michael Florance win the u/23 mvp? If so is he worth looking at? Even for at least a training spot.

you dont get paid to be a training player, people have to live, you need money to live

The question wasn't weather u get paid or it was have the sixers looked at him?
If they have and he is keen enough then y not?

Florance is nowhere near NBL material. U23 MVP is a pretty meaningless award. He's a decent player but he'd be nothing more than training bait.

Daly doesn't look as good as last season.
Warboutt about the same.
Lycett looked pretty good out there.

The men have been discussed, some great upcoming talent there. What about our young women, there has been a few recently head off to the US. Any talent showing through.

Hamish Burns, ha ha ha, he is even more over rated then the daly boys, and whoever said Lachlan prest, the sixers already have one soft player don't need another

mcdaniel can not seriously be in this conversation undersized , average jumpshot and he has one move baseline drive
He is definitely a good player in the u18 competition but is not a top prospect

I would be very surprised if any of the players named here ever get any further than training with or development spot with 6ers perhaps Majok being the exception.
