Who else is going? Can't wait to see all the 1986 36ers legends, apparently Darryl Pearce is flying over as well as Davis, McKay, Green, Nelson etc. all in attendance!

What: Celebration of the 25th anniversary of the 1986 championship.
Who: Past players from the 1986 Grand Final; Adelaide 36ers (Mark Davis, Mike McKay, Peter Ali, Dwayne Nelson, Scott Ninnis, Peter Sexton, David Spear and Ray Wood)and Brisbane Bullets (Larry Sengstock and Ron Radliff), current members of the Adelaide 36ers, Speaker Sam Kekovich and MC Brett Maher.
When: 12pm, Friday November 25, 2011
Where: Apollo Room, Adelaide Arena
Attire: Business Wear
Cost: $95 per person, $85 for Adelaide 36ers members

No mention of Pearce being there in that last post? Should be a great day, surprised it hasnt been advertised by the club more considering the calibre of people going, not that anyone should be surprised about that to be honest.

It has been promoted through the club newsletter, it's listed on the club website, and Boti mentioned it in his popular Thursday column (from memory). I imagine it's been announced at games too. Where else would they be promoting it without wasting money on shotgun advertising? Surely this event would be of interest only to 36ers fans, and I'd hope they would be on the club mailing list if they're not bothering to read Boti's columns or check the website. At some point, it's not going to be viable to try and reach people who may or may not be interested, right?
