Best assistant coach?

How long before a club picks up Breakers assistant coach Dean Vickerman as head coach? Smart, aggressive and has a great reputation with juniors and seniors.

There is a big difference from being an assitant to a head coach - some coaches are better suited to being an assistant.

Radford's suited as an assistant. He's just passionate.
Flynns a head coach in an AC role. Will be a head coach in 5 years I think.

I think Vicko will make a very good head coach if given the opportunity. NBL playing experience, Vic U20 coaching and playing, NZ NBL Head Coach, now several years with Breakers, great resume.

Short has good experience Head Coaching in SEABL and working with Gleeson, his resume reads well.

Flynn, not sure what senior Head Coaching he has done?

Radford was very successful in SEABL and now having worked with Bevo and Clark also looks like he could take over some day.

Dennis has good playing experience and Head Coaching experience in NZ NBL

Don't forget Molloy. Not currently in NBL but Head Coach with Ballarat in SEABL and Head Coach of Aust U17. Lots of great experience coaching at senior level in WNBL and NBL plus International experience with womens teams and junior mens teams. MUST be given another chance.
