So Adelaide, the city which is basically dead for 11 months of the year, has three games in three weeks in March. This is the only time it happens all year.
Great schedule there. This should happen in December or January or February not in March against Fringe, Adelaide Festival, and V8s etc.

i wouldnt classify the bogan supercars as an 'event' but the rest are valid points. the NBL makes the roster though not the teams.

I'm not a fan of the bogans cars either, but it is still part of the Adelaide events calender.
Yeah bogan cars suck.... Gee an event which pulls 500,000 people over 5 days sucks. You knobs are the reason why Adelaide gets such a bad wrap. The 500 is the ONLY event in this country we are the best at. Ask any rev head apart from Bathurst the 500 is the best race weekend on the calendar all year.
Just a note on the "bogan" supercars. Just heard on the news that Bathurst will be shown live in the states on a Saturday night prime-time 7pm on espn. Are there any other Australian sports that can claim that? I Love my basketball but saying the v8's aren't an event is just insane
