Best Scouting Software??

Anybody know of the best and cost effective software used for scouting?

I know of Snapper and Motion Clip but where would one start looking to purchase these software?

Does anybody recommend any others?

Pretty sure all NBL teams use something called Sports Code. Dunno how much it is or if it's any good, have just heard a lot of teams use it.

I like motionclip. Its a lot cheaper but still great quality

Sports code costs 10k and you need a mac

DV Coach is cheaper - some NBL teams still use that too
