There was a fire at Adelaide Arena overnight, which was upgraded to a second alarm by the fire service (calling in extra trucks).
3 sprinklers had been activated on arrival, however initial reports said they were unable to locate the exact source. Unsure whereabouts in the stadium it was.

Further to this SAPolice News (www.sapolicenews.com.au) are now reporting it was a break-in and arson......

Police News on 5AA reported there was CCTV footage, and that a car rammed the roller doors down the ramp and a guy got out, lit a fire in a Subaru with the person then escaping in the original ram raid car

gee I hope that doesn't disrupt any ABA finals ..oh thats right the premier State level District competition doesn't play at the premier state basketball facility.

gee shoot, teams in finals like to have home court advantage, wow deny them that will you, also you are wrong the grand finals are played at adelaide arena.

Brad, The Dome rebranded at some point a few months ago to very little publicity and fanfare.
shoot2, how many SANFL games outside of the grand final are played at the purpose-built AFL venue, AAMI Stadium? Had a quick look through the current fixture and couldn't find any.
no court damage. damage to back of house areas only.
