I really don't know much about him apart from the fact he recently attended Nova Southeastern who plays in Division II after transferring from Division I school Radford.

After looking him up, I have identified that he graduated this past season and was named All-Sunshine State Conference Second-Team honors.

Gynes Receives All-SSC Second-Team Honors

Gynes led the Sharks in his final season by posting team-highs with 18 points per game and 8.1 rebounds per game. Gynes shot 49 percent (151-311) from the floor and reached the foul line at a high rate while shooting 75 percent (146-196) there. He also ranked second on the team with both 50 assists and 28 steals.

FWIW, just worked out his stat line for his Senior year.

18 points, 8.1 boards, 1.9 dimes, no blocks
2.1 personal fouls, 2.6 turnovers
TFG% - 0.486, 3ptFG% - 0.297, FT% - 0.745
29.5 minutes per game in 26 games

Read into that what you will.

Gotte luv the sixers fans talking smack about the Kings.
How about worrying about how close to the bottom of the ladder the sixers will be again.

Magen, Barlow, Wagstaff, Worthington, Kendall.

All went to division two colleges.

Who's to say he won't be, at least, a good role player?

U picked the couple of good players to come from div 2. Reality is most div 2 players end up playing aba or seal not many are nbl standard.

The ones that average 18 points and 8 rebounds usually do well.

Coenraad and Luke Cooper just came to mind. There's probably alot of others.

Plenty of good Div 2 schools would beat bad div 1 schools. It isnt a case of black and white.

We could do a lot worse than finding a young, hungry Div 2 player keen on a basketball career.

No surprise here at all with the Moose Robilliard Central Coast connections again. Coincidence that Gynes played for Central Coast u18(Rebels)Robilliard was stadium manager before going to college and now comes back to play ABA for them and Kings.
